We can work comprehensively or selectively, depending on your needs and preferences. And it is completely fine if you do not know yet — part of our job is helping you differentiate and decide which elements could benefit from support.

Budget is one of the first things we will discuss, and we design beautifully within it. Our sourcing abilities, planning discipline, and cohesive approach allow us to direct budget where it matters most — without compromising what gives your event its beauty, atmosphere, and meaning. Our comprehensive plan will cover appropriate allocation of all resources, define roles and responsibilities, and recommend the most effective use of your budget.

It is never the wrong time.

You cannot be too early, and it is never too late, to make a difference. For full-service wedding planning and design, we recommend reaching out as soon as you know you want support. If you have already started planning and have some decisions in place, that is perfectly fine too — we can help from wherever you are in your process from now all the way to the altar, through the reception, and into the after-party.

If you are looking for florals only, favors only, or a more focused scope, six to eight months is ideal. But there is no time like the present. Reach out, and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Absolutely.

We collaborate warmly and professionally with venues, photographers, caterers, rental companies, musicians, and other creative partners. Part of our role is making all of those moving parts work together seamlessly.

We do not see flowers, favors, tablescapes, lighting, rentals, and guest experience as separate categories. We see them as parts of one event language. Our floral integration, custom favor design thinking, thoughtful tablescapes, tailored planning support, and our belief that your wedding should feel like you

The initial consultation is $250.

That includes your consultation meeting and the delivery of your detailed Blushing Peony plan prepared afterward. If you move forward with us, that fee is applied to whatever service plan(s) you choose.

We hesitate to call them packages. Weddings are NOT a one-size-fits-all outfit.
We can tell you that an initial consultation is $250. For that 1 hour consultation YOU (and your chosen others including your fiance, and/or mother and/or best attendants) direct the conversation to your wants and needs and hopes and dreams…we will listen and ask questions. After that we will design a first draft of how we can meet those needs and exceed those expectations. You decide if our vision matches your own and if the help we offer is valuable to you.
The pricing will be clear and the deliverables will be in writing. Generally our fees are between 15-20% of the service(s) you choose. Generally, through our time, experience and expertise, it results in a savings of time and budget. You will be given all the information, in writing, for you to learn from, consider, and decide. 

Some brides want to let go of the minutiae. Some brides want meticulous attention to the same minutiae. Some brides prefer to remain intimately involved in every aspect and yet would also enjoy expert advising and connections and some friendly company on the wild planning ride. All are appropriate and all could benefit from a consultation and likely some assistance along their way.
Our pricing varies depending on the specific services you choose. It is generally about 15-20% of the total you would spend on that category (many factors including labor intensity, time commitment, and supplies…) whether it be comprehensive total wedding planning or just a couple of the aspects you’d like some advice, connection, or special attention and service on. It is also generally both priceless and equal to the service, as our knowledge and experience can save you time and money in commensurate amounts equal to our services.

The deliverable we give every bride and groom after that 1 hour consultation is quite valuable. It will provide you with a vision-based road map to wedding bliss! You may or may not choose to go further (we think you will like what we bring) but that alone is worth much more than the initial fee.
